Model : MB-1 MB-1 automatic shoe washers manufactured by NIRO-TECH are intended for washing work shoes, especially in food and meat processing plants. The automatic rubber footwear washer is designed to automatically wash and clean the soles of work shoes before entering (exiting) the sanitary area to social rooms.
The work shoe washer is equipped with a rotating horizontal brush. The brush rotation and the delivery of the cleaning solution are started using a button located in the handle of the device. The button should be pressed during the washing process. The solution is applied to the brushes using special nozzles that ensure uniform delivery of the solution over the entire brush surface. Made entirely of acid-resistant steel.

The MB-2 walk-through shoe washer manufactured by NIRO-TECH is intended for washing work shoes, especially in food and meat processing plants. The rubber footwear washer is designed for automatic washing and cleaning of the soles of work shoes before entering (exiting) the sanitary area to social rooms.
The walk-through shoe washer is equipped with two rotating horizontal brushes. The cleaning process begins by turning on both brushes with a photoelectric sensor and opening the flow of the cleaning and disinfecting agent.

The rubber footwear washer is designed for automatic washing and cleaning of the soles and uppers of work shoes before entering (exiting) from the sanitary zone to social rooms.
The hygiene station is equipped with rotating brushes – one horizontal and two vertical brushes. The rotation of the brushes and the delivery of the cleaning solution are activated by pressing a button located in the handle. The cleaning solution is applied to the brushes using nozzles that ensure uniform delivery of the solution over the entire surface of the brushes.

MB-5 automatic shoe washers manufactured by NIRO-TECH are intended for washing work shoes, especially in food and meat processing plants. The shoe washer is designed for automatic washing and cleaning of the soles and uppers of work shoes before entering (exiting) from the sanitary zone to social rooms.
The automatic shoe washer is equipped with two horizontal brushes and three vertical brushes. The principle of operation of the washers is that after entering the washer, the switch activates the rotation of the brushes and the supply of detergent. The brushes start rotating and water with cleaning agent is sprayed. After passing through the washer, the switch disconnects the system. The structure of the washers is made of acid-resistant steel.

CLOTHES RACK
Metal clothes racks produced by NIRO-TECH are made of stainless steel materials, grade 1.4301. They are intended for clean work clothes. We make stainless steel clothing racks in a 2-row or 3-row version, with a sloping roof and height-adjustable feet. One box has dimensions of 300x30x400.

SLAUGHTER SAW STERILIZER
The NIRO-TECH sterilizer for slaughter saws is designed for sterilization in hot water. It is made entirely of acid-resistant steel. The water supply is provided through a 1/2″ connection, and excess water flows through the overflow pipe. Heaters are used to heat the water, the operation of which is controlled by the temperature control system.

GUTTER SINKS
The gutter washbasin manufactured by NIRO-TECH is intended for washing hands in meat plants, dairies, hospitals, laboratories and other places where touchless activation of the water flow is required. A multi-station gutter washbasin allows several people to wash their hands.
Washbasin troughs are made of acid-resistant steel. It is equipped with a ∅ 50 siphon, spout, solenoid valve and ½ flexible conduits. It has a mechanical “hot-cold” water mixer.
Trough washbasins can optionally be equipped with:
- Paper towel dispenser
- Openwork or full basket
- Liquid soap dispenser
- Disinfectant liquid dispenser
The water flow can be started by:
- Knee valve by pressing it with your knee on the front wall of the washbasin
- Photocell valve by placing your hands in the photocell’s operating zone
